Welcome to UnseenPattern ("the Platform"). By accessing or using this website and its learning resources—including the book, chapters, code examples, visuals, and supporting materials—you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

UnseenPattern offers educational content in machine learning and related fields. Users may choose to support the project through voluntary donations.

2. Who We Are

The Platform is operated by:

Reza Shokrzad and Samira Alipour, based in The Netherlands.

We provide educational content for personal learning and non-commercial use.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful, ethical purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell the content without written permission
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the Platform
• Access areas of the website without authorization
• Use the content to mislead, impersonate, or engage in fraudulent behavior

All content is for personal education unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Accounts and Authentication

Users may choose to sign in using their Google/Gmail account. By doing so, you agree that:

• You provide accurate account information
• You take full responsibility for activity under your account
• We do not access or store your Google password

5. Donations

Supporters may donate via Revolut. Donations are:

• 100% voluntary
• Non-refundable, unless required by Dutch law
• Used to support hosting, development, and future improvements

Access to content is provided based on the terms we set. Some content may be exclusive to supporters.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, diagrams, code snippets, explanations, illustrations, and layout—is the intellectual property of Reza Shokrzad and Samira Alipour, unless otherwise noted.

You may not:

• Reproduce content commercially
• Copy content into books, courses, or services without permission
• Use the brand name "UnseenPattern" in misleading ways

You may quote small parts with proper attribution.

7. Availability and Modifications

We may add, update, or remove sections of the Platform at any time without notice.

We may revise these Terms; continued use means you agree to the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees. We do not promise:

• That the content is always accurate or complete
• That the site will be available at all times
• That there will be no interruptions or bugs

Use the content at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for:

• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
